I've used a lot of zip-front bras and so far this is the best one. I was born with multiple disabilities and I wear zip-front bras not only because they're easier to put on and take off but also to give me more upper-body support, since my trunk is weak and my back curves forward at the top. Although my trunk still gets tired with this bra on, I've noticed that the curvature at the top of my back is definitely less. This makes it more comfortable for me too. Thanks AlignMed!

Fairly comfortable. Offers more support than other postures bras. The bad part is - the width of the shoulder straps make them stick out of most of my clothes. I would prefer not wearing turtlenecks everyday, especially since I live in Florida.

I went by chats and deceived I needed an X-Large. My bra size is a 42 DD. But I lost weight since I was last measured. So according to the chart an x-large should fit. The ban was fine but the cup size to me was a little small. So I will continue with the X-Large.

Being a pilot means I sit down for hours while I’m working. I tend to slouch on the old uncomfortable seats which causes me to have back pain. I have been wearing AlignMe zipper posture sports bra while I fly and have noticed less back pain and better posture. It’s so comfortable and I definitely recommend if you’re a pilot or sit down to work for long periods at a time!

I really am happy with this sports bra. I've tried several different posture correctors but most were pretty uncomfortable so it made me reluctant to put them on. I have tried to wear the sports bra size Medium. Compared to the medium posture shirt, it feels quite constricting across the front of my chest/rib cage. I'm 5'3 130 lbs with a normal bra size of 36 A or B so a medium should work. I think I will have to return the Medium for a Large which may be more comfortable.

I have hEDS and my PT recommended the Posture bra to help keep my shoulders aligned and in place, which is certainly does! I am a 32 DDD/E cup and tried the medium size as per the sizing guidance. The band is a little loose at the back and customer service have been great about offering to switch it to a small but as the compression is already a little tight over my chest suspect I will stick with the medium!

That is why taking the time to do things like this bra is a total game-changer! I didn’t even know these existed until recently! As other reviewers mention, this is a bit difficult to get on, but once the first hook is engaged it gets much easier. The bra is quite comfortable once everything is in place, but it definitely gives a “uniboob” look. Given the front closure system, I don’t see how it could be otherwise. So bottom line: I’ll enjoy wearing this for exercising, but can’t imagine it in other situations. For the price, I had hoped it would be more versatile.

My thermagrams have consistently showed an area of pooled lymph on the right side of my right breast. I like to sleep on my right side but it's annoying. I got the bra to sleep in. At first, I didn't think it would work but it's quite comfortable and I can sleep on my right side again.

My doctor recommended align med because I have hEDS. I purchased the sports bra to see if it would help my posture but I've had a lot of troubles figuring out the sizing and still don't have it figured out. I started with a small and it didn't feel supportive enough, although I'm not sure how it should feel. I decided to return it after customer service said I needed an XS, which is what I'm wearing in the photo. However the XS feels too tight and caused one of my ribs to sublux the first day I tried it, which was extremely painful but I'm trying my best to make it work. The bra is definitely well made and likely very helpful with posture issues if you manage to get the right size. I'm guessing I'm between sizes. I wear a 34A bra, 28.25” under breasts, 25-27” waist, 5’7” 102lbs.

I was so skeptical of the other reviews, but figured that I've tried just about every other remedy for shoulder bursitis that I might as well as this to my toolbox. But this bra... is amazing!!! As soon as I tried it on, I felt immediate relief in my shoulder. I plan to order a few more **right now** because I plan on wearing these non-stop until I can rehab my shoulder and rebuild my core strength to keep my shoulder issues from coming back. I love the way this bra feels when I wear it but it absolutely hate how it looks under a shirt. The zipper is very visible and therefore I can’t really ever were this outside of my home. Luckily I work from home so it’s not a huge deal but it’s still very annoying and something that I hope they can fix in the next revision.

The Alignmed Sports Bra gives instant back strain relief, and instantly improves posture, which is why I ordered it at the recommendation of my Physical Therapist. I have frozen shoulders complicated in part by years of poor posture. The home exercises I've been doing improved noticeably following starting to wear the Alignmed Sports Bra.

Best supported sports bra ever! I had a revision breast surgery and purchased this for the recovery process. Every single surgical bra id try would be uncomfortable, this bra however was perfect! The inseams are soft and don’t dig into your skin like other brands.
I now use it as my sports bra as it gives me plenty of support. Will definitely purchase more.

I love mine. I am an icu nurse and it makes such a difference on long shifts. I have pain when I don’t wear it. My only thing is I wish you couldn’t see the zipper in the front through my shirts. Find a way to hide that zipper and I’ll never buy any other bra again.

I have the shirt and bra, and I got a bra for my daughter. I loved the shirt, but when they came out with the bra it was a game changer. It straights me up and relieves my middle back pain as well as the lower back we walk 2 miles in the morning and I come home without pain, I get the biggest size as I am big breasted and it works. The product is so well made, zipper and hooks great quality, great products.

I love this bra! I am a hairstylist and have occupational back damage, including cervical stenosis. My orthopedist prescribed an AlignMed brace but my insurance didn’t cover it, so this was the option I could afford. It really helps me stay more mindful of my posture and alleviates my upper back pain. Most posture garments cut into the armpits but this one doesn’t and is very comfortable. Highly recommend. I am 5’ 4”, 115 lbs, 32A and I wear a small in this bra.

I had a knee replacement 2 years ago with residual discomfort in my R knee and hip with walking more than 3 miles. A year later I had a bad fall that required 8 months of Physical Therapy for muscle injury to my hips, knees, upper back and both shoulders.
It was after completing Physical Therapy that I was introduced to Alignmed. Their Posture support Bra and Posture Shirt provided extreme relief. The Posture Support Bra offers more posture support, and the shirt offers milder support and is a compression garment. In addition to a physical restriction, they both signal the brain to pull the shoulders back and maintain posture. This surprisingly occurs even on the few days one decides not to wear the garment. However, if your back pain is caused by really big knockers, order a size up because although it fits around the ribs there isn't enough room for my girls and they got a little bruised.

This has been a gamechanger for me and definitely helped with my back pain. The one design feature I'd change is the location of the front zipper. It does create a bump under shirts. If that was at the bottom under the breast it would make a lot more sense.

As a Physical Therapist we’re often faced with the challenge of correcting posture to reduce pain. One such condition where this becomes crucial is Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS). We’re often successful in reducing or eliminating radiating pain but unfortunately reoccurrence rates can be high, especially if the patient participates in more challenging or longer duration activities utilizing the shoulders. The AlignMed sports bra has been a critical tool to address these patients symptoms. All four of my patients in the last 6 months with TOS whom have utilized the AlignMed sports bra rave that the product allows them to perform activities pain free that would otherwise cause them discomfort. My patients believe the bra helps teach them how to properly retract and depress their scapulas outside of therapy. More amazingly, most have stated that even several hours after they remove the sports bra they’re able to reproduce or maintain that desired posture. Another recent patient, whom is a primary care physician, finds relief from the sports bra so much she wears it daily as her primary undergarment and has found it to eliminate her upper thoracic spine pain completely. As a Physical Therapist I will continue to recommend the AlignMed sports bra to patients with various upper body impairments as a tool to help them succeed in reducing and eliminating their pain.

I love this bra. I wear a 44c or 46b and bought a 2xl. This bra has hooks in the center behind the zipper. The hooks make this so much easier and more comfortable. I wear it when I’m walking and it is just enough of a reminder to keep my shoulders back and straight. If you are looking for a torture device, this is NOT for you! If you want a comfortable bra that helps remind you to correct your posture, this is the ONE!

I ordered a medium because I tried to judge by other comments but I returned it for a large. The return process was very easy and free so don’t be concerned if you’re not sure of size. I have scoliosis and tend to round my shoulders forward and this bra does help me stand straighter. It took a while to get used to it but it has become more comfortable. I would buy it again.

I bought the sports bra because I previously bought the posture shirt after my first shoulder surgery 10 years ago. Then about a year ago I had to have surgery on my other shoulder (poor posture likely contributed to the rotator cuff tears that I had to have repaired). I like the posture shirt, but I wasn't wearing it anymore. Started wearing it again a month or so ago to help with posture (I work at a computer/desk, which makes posture very important). The shirt isn't always the right thing to wear, depending on what I want to wear over it - so I decided to try the bra. Unfortunately I ordered small and need to order a medium instead - after wearing it all day I noticed it had dug into my shoulders. I'm about to order the medium and I also plan to order a posture shirt that zips up the front. I can definitely recommend the shirt and I think I'll like the bra - these won't fix your posture but they'll help YOU fix your posture by leading you in the right direction and reminding you to do your part.

Once I get it on the bra is helpful and comfortable. But some idiot designed it. The front is very hard to attach. The hook and eyes are tiny and black! Very hard to see and attach. The zipper is also very hard to catch. Requires deep neck flexing to see the snaps (x4) and attach each one. Maybe some Velcro to hold the sides together to facilitate the fastening. And snaps that contrast with black. I’m amazed someone was paid to design this.

This has been the most comfortable sports bra I have EVER worn!! I decided to purchase this to help me fix my posture and get a feel for how my body should be positioned. Not only do I feel my back is upright but I felt tension on my neck alleviate immediately from the sport bra supporting my back. I didn’t even realize I had neck tension until I felt my neck feel looser as I walked around. I started wearing this bra by itself while I ran errands and went to work, but I decided to use this bra for my workouts and WOW. It’s a game changer. I don’t struggle with my form like before and since this holds my back up properly, I am now activating and strengthening my weak upper back muscles correctly during my work outs.
