We hope you love what you've ordered, but in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the exchange and return process easy.

Exchange / Return FAQs
How long do I have to exchange or return items purchased?
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return the item(s) you purchased. Products returned after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
Do I pay for return shipping?
- Return shipping within the U.S. is free only for the first return per purchase. You must use the shipping label we provide. Email us at [email protected] or call us at (866) 987-5433 to receive a pre-paid return label. If you requested a return label, check your inbox and spam folder. Sometimes the email may fall into there.
I paid for shipping to ship my purchase. Is that cost included in my refund?
- Original shipping costs for item(s) returned for a refund will not be included in the refund.
How long does the refund process take?
- AlignMed® will process your exchange or refund within seven (7) business days of receipt of the merchandise.
Can I wash the items I am returning?
- Item(s) exchanged or returned may not be washed and must be in like-new condition. If the item(s) are not in like-new condition per our quality inspection team, our team will send the products back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Should the tags be attached and required?
- You must return the item(s) in original packaging with tags. Tags may be detached but included in the package.
Can I return the final sale items?
- Item(s) marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
I have an international order; can I return or exchange it?
- Yes! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. AlignMed® will process the exchange or return if the customer pays for the shipping costs back to us.
At AlignMed, we expect our products to be free of manufacturing defects. However, should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us for evaluation. We will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items within sixty (60) days of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage, and use for a purpose other than the product are designed for are not covered by the AlignMed Warranty. The customer pays shipping costs for International returns under warranty.
