My experience with Alignmed products and service has been amazing. As a hypermobile individual, I discovered Alignmed through one of my physical therapy programs. I ordered a Posture Shirt and Bike Shorts. I wear the shorts LITERALLY everyday under my clothes. It has been life changing to find something I can brace with daily without worrying about over-bracing. They are a staple in my management tool kit as a chronically ill human. They are the perfect workout and everyday shorts and hug me in the right way around my hypermobile pelvis/hips, helping me engage correctly and have better proprioception. When I broke the clasps on my Posture Shirt, Alignmed sent me another one in exchange in a different size. (Tip: Do not put it on the washing machine with other stuff and follow the cleaning directions.) I plan to purchase a Small Posture shirt next so I can have another option alongside Xs, which I think fits better and bunches less around the zipper for my body type. For reference I am 5’8 and about 117 lbs with a very small frame and bust, but wide hips. I also was able to get the Spine Rx covered by my insurance and it is a wonderful bracing tool on days I feel particularly unstable. When my product came missing a piece, it was quickly overnighted after contacting the company. Thanks so much Alignmed for making clothes for us bendy people and any other folks who require that postural support.

The shorts help activate my glutes and keep my body in alignment. I wish the shorts were more breathable as they can be quite sweaty on a warm day. I am a size US 14 wearing the XL. Alignmed could do a better job of more inclusive sizing.

These shorts are amazing! I ordered the olive green color and they look great! I love the way they hug my body and really work my glutes and support my hips. Super comfortable, stylish, and great to work out in. I highly recommend!

Love this pair of bike shorts! They’re great quality material, the perfect length, and don’t ride up regardless of activity (hiking, biking, gym). I don’t have another pair with a similar fit to these as they were specifically constructed to hug, lift and engage your glutes. They provide a subtle yet effective sensation bringing awareness to those muscles and act as a reminder to keep them activated. I want them in every color!
