I love this bra. It is comfortable, gives me great support and really helps with my posture. I would recommend this to everyone. I have tried other bras that help with posture, but the other ones bras have not measured up to the Alignmed posture bra.

Love these! My specialist recommended them to me and they’re a game changer. I ordered a small. It has helped me tremendously as a person with Hypermobile Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome with scoliosis, degenerative disc disease and so much more. I was using a customized back brace and it wasn’t helping me much at all and it had a lot of negatives that came along with having to take it off and on. It also wasn’t the best fit and was more trouble than what we paid out of pocket for that huge device! This AlignMed bra keeps my muscles and joints in better alignment and I’m not in near as much pain. I’m sitting upright much more often now and able to get outside of my home more frequently. I must say I was skeptical but this bra really has provided relief to my neck pain since I first put it on. It has a very gentle pull, so it’s not constricting at all and pulls just enough to help release any tension in my neck from the way I slept the night before and working at a desk. As someone with some hyper mobility it’s been very helpful!

Quite a bit more compression than the other style of sports bra, which I appreciate for higher impact activity. I did get the same size as my other sports bra, but this one feels a bit tighter. Not excessively tight, and I’m not sure if going up a size would necessarily be a better fit. But this would be a really good bra to wear for shorter amounts of time because of the tightness.

I absolutely LOVE this white AlignMed posture bra. I have been wearing AlignMed posture bras since 2015 after cervical spinal surgery. I wear one every single day and have so many and used to only wear the nude color and now I have some in white and black. I have found that the nude colored bras do stretch quite easily and quickly and lose their posture pull, whereas the white is more in the middle and the black has the most firm fabric that doesn’t stretch easily. I do wish that the nude bras were more like the black. The white seems so far to not stretch too easily, but time will tell. I am 5’3” and between 121–125 pounds. I am a cup size B. I have tried the extra small previously and found it to be too tight for me. The small seems to be the perfect fit, the only problem is that as I’ve said, the only nude bras in particular tend to stretch quickly and lose that perfect fit & posture correcting pull.

This bra has been a game changer for me and my recovery from an auto accident. It helps my posture and helps me manage the pain in my neck. You definitely have to work up to wearing it all day, but once you do, it helps! I hope to one day not have to use it but for now it’s a staple in my wardrobe. It is wonderful to have a bra that doesn't just pull my shoulders down and dig. The cloth over the bottom of the zipper and extra cloth protection behind the hooks and the zipper are great. I just wish the zipper wasn't so visible thru work shirts. It could use a cover too. My posture definitely improves when I am wearing it.

I have worn these AlignMed posture bras since 2016 and cannot imagine my life without them. I started wearing them after cervical spinal surgery and resulting scapular dyskinesia. These posture bras truly make the biggest difference in my life, and I am so grateful for AlignMed! If I could give any advice to someone new to these posture bras, I would say to definitely give yourself time to break in wearing a new posture bra because it may feel at first like it is too tight and then after a break-in period, it will feel completely comfortable and natural. So trust the sizing that is provided and give it time.

Absolutely obsessed !! I have hEDS and got the rx spinal Q, I went in person for the fitting and tried on one of these while I was there. My shoulder muscles are weak and I work on the computer all day, I have bad posture/rounded shoulders from that but it was so uncomfortable for me to try to stand up straight/put my shoulders back- my left shoulder would pop every time. I also get frequent knots in the area and rib subluxations. I had tried posture correctors before but they pulled my shoulders back too far and were so uncomfortable, I wouldn’t wear them. When I tried this on- I thought it must not be doing anything because it was so comfortable - but when I looked at my posture in the mirror I was shocked by the difference ! I wear this all day long with no discomfort, if anything I feel weird not having it on. The amazing thing is the straps feel like they gently support you in the correct position without doing all the work so I’m still building the necessary muscle mass it seems. Already after a couple weeks of use, if I don’t have it on my posture is better, and I’m aware/able to correct when my posture is slipping WITHOUT my shoulder popping every time anymore (which seems like proof it’s helping to stabilize) I even showed it to my PT- she said she really loves where the bands hit on my shoulders and she will start recommending it to clients. My absolute only constructive feedback is I love the zipper version due to the fact that my shoulders tend to subluxate if I pull something tight over my head, but the zipper is so bulky that I can only wear it under really loose clothes. I’m going to try a pullover one but it would be incredible if they made a version that was just the eyelet hooks for closure (for smaller sizes at least) or an invisible zipper situation.

I have shoulder hypermobility and 3 kids to keep up with. The alignmed bra helps keep my shoulders aligned and reduces my pain. This would get 5 stars if the zipper wasn't visible under clothing. As is, it’s 3.5 stars.

Amazing product. Felt too small at first, but stretched a bit over 30 days. It's easy to get on with a zipper and helps keep my shoulders in place without having to use kt tape. It helps prevent my ribs from subluxing, however the band can sometimes sublux my ribs a bit. I tend to switch to the compression shirt when that happens.

I have EDS. Bra is supportive, but for the price point, I would expect to have real padding instead of the triangle pads that get smooshed and make your boobs look weird. I’m not wearing this as an exercise bra even though I am exercising in it. It also is a brawl that makes me feel better when I wear it so I would like it to function like a nice bra as well which means real padding and not those stupid triangle pads that get all weird looking and make your boobs look funny.

I have severe daily pain in my back and shoulders due to ehler’s-danlos syndrome and generalized muscle weakness. This sports bra has made a huge difference!! I was skeptical and it took me months to decide to finally invest the money into trying it, and I wish I had done it sooner. This posture bra has helped my upper back pain (all the knots around my shoulder blades). It isn't over corrective and I can wear it all day. The only downside is that it is very much like a sports bra and there is very little shape and I find that I need to separate my breasts during the day. Overall pleased with the results!

Also, the Pullover version in this posture bra allows for more breast expansion, and it is lower cut. We recommend to try that one. Usually we recommend to downsize the Pullover version if you are in between sizes. If needed, you can send us your height, weight, and bra size and we can recommend the best size for any product.
I have Ehlers-Dani’s syndrome hypermobile. My shoulders constantly ache. This bra has significantly reduced my back and shoulder pain. The one thing I do not like is that the bra has four small hook and eye closures in the front. If you have any difficulty with fine motor skills or pain in your fingers or hands, this is very difficult to do. I purchased the other bra – the pullover style, and this is significantly better for my finger and hand pain (no small closures).

We make the Zipper to help those that have limited range of motion in the shoulders or have pain getting their arms over their heads. Just different options to help more people reduce their pain.
The bra does offer very nice support and is good at correcting my posture, all while being comfortable. The straps are a bit puckered in the back and I would have preferred the version without the zip front but it wasn't available at the time. Between those two features it is hard to hide the bra under some types of clothing but is perfect for workouts. I will be ordering the pull over version to try it. I'm happy with my purchase given how I plan to use it / wear it. I ordered medium - I'm 5'4" and weigh 137 lbs, and normally wear a size 36B bra. The medium fits well and is comfortable.

It will help to pull down the bra as far as you can to help engage the Neurobands a little more. We also think you will love the Pullover version. We may recommend trying the Pullover version in a size Small, since it does expand a little more that the zipper version. You might be in between a small and medium when it comes to the pullover version.
I was referred to AlignMed by my orthopedic doctor for my hEDS. I tried the AlignMed Pullover Posture Sports Bra first as I liked the idea of no zipper and a lower cut. Alas, it was like Goldilocks. One size was just a bit too small and the other was just a bit too big. So, on the recommendation of the awesome staff, I switched to the zipper SportsBra. It seemed a bit too big at first, but after a handwash and line dry, it fits like a champ. No, it did not drastically shrink by any means, but I felt like it pulled my shoulders back a bit more. Circumference and cup size felt the same. I highly recommend this bra. If you are not sure which size to get as you are between sizes as was I, and you think you may have to return it, pay the extra $3 for "free" return shipping, it was worth it. Since I had to do two returns, the $3 more than pays for itself!

I have hEDS, so I've tried several posture correcting bras, and so far this is the best construction, softest fabric, and best shoulder blade support. I've been having back/shoulder pain and numbness for the past month. I know one of the reason is from poor posture in general so i decided to try this bra. First i ordered size XS because i have a small breast (A32) but it turns out too tight so i exchanged for size S. The exchange process is fast and seemless. Couple days in wearing this bra. It definitely help relieve the numbness and the pain i have. The bra itself is comfortable so i ended up wearing it all day. I'm ordering one more.

I really like the way it’s helping me with my posture it doesn’t feel uncomfortable but it just somehow in its magical way reminds me to sit up straight. I also love that it has hooks to keep it secure. I’ve had other zip up sports bras that the zipper comes down at the most inconvenient times. The only down side is the zipper sometimes seems broken. When I zip it up then the bottom becomes unzipped and I can’t unzip it, so I have to pull it off over my head and unzip and then zip it again
