I’ve tried a few posture bras, including some from more expensive brands, and the AlignMe Pullover Posture Sports Bra is honestly my favorite so far. It’s extremely comfortable and supportive without feeling too tight or restrictive. I especially love wearing it all day when I’m doing things around the house, running errands, or just staying active. The fit is great, and it gives gentle posture support while still feeling soft and easy to wear. Definitely worth it!

I LOVE this bra. It’s half the price of Forme and much more durable and comfortable.
When I first opened the package I was underwhelmed - it looked flimsy, but it’s proven anything but. It's incredibly comfortable and light weight. The wider shoulders and posture straps in the back provide a very comfortable but consistent correction throughout the day. The bottom does not roll up.
I’m in less pain wearing this overall and find the results long lasting.

I've purchased a few posture bras from Forme. The Alignmed is infinitely more comfortable! Posture correcting, less expensive, and I can wear it all day. I'll be buying a few more! I bought a size L (I'm 5'8"/135 pounds). I have more of a swimmer's body - wide shoulders, narrow hips. The large fits great.

I tried a different brand before that was even more expensive and it was unwearable because it rolled at the rib cage. Alignmed is totally wearable all day! I don't think it has enough support for running but it is comfortable enough for all day wear. My only complaint is that it is not very breathable when hot so I felt constrained and a bit sticky in humid heat, but I would still give it 5 stars even with this.

I can't thank Alignmed enough for the fantastic Posture Bra. I, too, tried the "other" more expensive and more socially promoted product and had a negative experience. Alignmed answered my questions kindly and professionally and then sent me the bra of my dreams! Having recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and undergoing a double mastectomy, I doubted whether this bra would fit due to my new shape but it fits perfectly and is helping me with healthy posture and carrying myself confidently. These bras have been a miracle for me! After years of seeing a chiropractor with no relief, I no longer suffer with neck and shoulder pain due to mild scoliosis as long as I wear my Alignmed bra daily. I can go a couple of days without wearing one, but the discomfort will slowly come back until I wear my Alignmed bra again. I do prefer the pullover version and I wish it was offered in more colors! Love this bra WAY MORE than the “other” posture bra made famous by someone… I’ve tried both and THIS is the keeper! I’m 5’2” 155lbs and I have a M. Fits great and doesn’t cut into the underarms like the other bra did. Soft, comfortable and I could wear all day long. Definitely makes me feel like I’m standing more upright than I would be without it. Worth the price.

So quick backstory - I get massages monthly and a new therapist recommended a posture sports bra b/c well, I needed it... I did some research & there was either this one or one double the price, I decided to try this first. I just got it, I'm small framed but large upper chest, so I went w/Med, glad I did, it fits like a dream. I usually do zip ups and bought this on impulse then saw they have the zip up but it was too late to change it out. Well, this is 10x more comfortable than my front zips & well, it's amazing ... super comfortable! Great quality... I plan to get another one. I don't know if it'll help w/posture but I'm sure hoping so! Regardless, this comfort beats the ones I'm used to wearing which are prob 1/2 the price but this is worth the extra $$.

I like it. Feels comfortable. Have a slight shoulder pull-back effect. Not sure if it will truly have the effect of correct posture, but it feels good enough for me to buy a second one. Wearing a size XS.

I am very happy with this bra. I wear 40DD and the fit and coverage of XL is excellent. It is the most comfortable bra I wear and it seems to help with back strain also.
It works great under form fitting shirts - there are no lines or bulges. And the straps do not cut in or stretch out. I recommend it and I will be buying more.

This bra has helped me SO much! I’d recommend it to anyone with neck or back problems. I have ehler’s danlos syndrome and this helps me with the intracranial hypertension it causes. I also have myasthenia gravis which causes neck weakness, and this gives me the support I need. Car rides are so much easier. Game changer!

I’ve actually had the alignmed shirt for years and loved the product—however, it’s hard to wear under lower cut clothes and can be hot in the summer. I bought the sports bra for more flexibility with wear and I love it! It’s not as tight as the shirt, but may just need to size down

The first time I tried it on, I thought I was duped…I guess I was expecting a lot more pull on my shoulders, but honestly I love how naturally it pulls my shoulders back. Before trying the Alignmed sports bra, I had pretty intense on-going shoulder and neck pain. I’ve been wearing it daily for a month now, I haven’t experienced the same pain since then. Wow! I am beyond impressed with this bra. I was skeptical at best that it would be helpful in correcting my poor desk posture, but have seen significant improvements! The first couple weeks of wearing the bra I noticed that my back muscles were sore and realized it was because they were not used to working to hard during the day to maintain that better posture. After the initial two weeks the soreness went away. Now I notice that my body will naturally maintain a better posture (shoulders back, less hunched over) even when I am not wearing the bra, so I feel like it did an excellent job training these muscles to do their job. The bra itself is so comfortable and looks great under most of my clothing. I can’t wait to purchase another bra in a different color!

With time, your muscles will begin to get stronger and improve your posture overall. You may feel more muscle strength and control, even when you are not wearing the products.

I purchased this to help with my posture since I spend so much time sitting at my desk for work. The first time I wore it, I could feel slight muscle soreness from it working. For help with sizing, I purchased a medium (per the size chart) and I'm 5'5", 130lb & typically wear 32F bras. It fits well where I can tell it's working, but it's not too snug/uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it would be supportive enough to run/exercise in, but it's been great to wear while working.

The resistance helps to retrain and strengthen your muscles, very similar to working out. As your body gets stronger, you will be able to wear for longer time frames. The zipper version or the Posture Bra, or a Posture Shirt may be a great product to try for higher impact, such as working out or running.
I am 5'5 207lbs. I ordered an Xlarge pull over bra instead of the zip up this time because the zipper does show through your clothing. The bra does feel very comfortable and light weight. However it shows a lot more clevage than the zip-up bra. The zip up brs has a lot more coverage and support because of the clasps in the front and the zipper for security. I would 100% recommend the alignmed bra,But I do discourage anyone from ordering the pull over in replace of the zipper because they are definitely different when it comes to coverage. Both bras are not made the same, For my future purchases I will definitely order the original clasp and zipper bra. I do like the pull over bra. But it does feel different and support is better with the zip up.

Apologies for the unflattering pic/background. I wanted to show what happens while wearing this bra. For reference I am a 36DDD. The material is very comfortable and I love the back support. HOWEVER, the back is longer than the front, and due to the stretch of the material, it adjusts itself in the front very low leaving almost no support for my breasts (as you can see in the pic). I constantly have to adjust the bra and pull up the front, which is not a very flattering thing to do all day in public. I will wear this to lounge in the house and when I don't need much support, which is a bummer because I got the bra for support.

I have hypermobile EDS which causes severe upper back pain every moment of my life. I can't stand upright more than 5 minutes before the pain is so bad that I have to lie down. I bought this bra in hopes it would help support me so I could stay upright longer. My results have been so-so. I DO think the bra helps a little, but it's no miracle, and there are a couple negatives. First, even though it is described as a "pullover" bra, I have to pull it up from the ground (over my hips). It is way too tight to try to maneuver over my head - my hypermobile shoulders would FOR SURE dislocate if I tried. Also, I have a tiny chest (32AA), and it's clear these bras were (understandably) designed for women with larger busts. My lack of breasts causes the bra to pucker at the back, so I don't think I'm getting an optimal fit, which means I'm not getting optimal results. I'm going to try the zipper bra or the zipper posture shirt to see if one of those might work better for me. I think if I could find the right product, it would provide the benefit I'm looking for. The Alignmed team were responsive to my questions.

Out of all the different sports bras I own, this posture pullover bra is my favorite. I love it and call it my favorite because I can workout comfortably without any itchiness or tightness. It helps me to keep my posture in line and activates my muscles, I feel it! If you are looking for an all in one bra, I highly recommend it!
