As someone recently diagnosed with hypermobility, one of the 1st things my Dr. recommended was compression. I went through a number of different sizes and styles in the more sport focused brands, and absolutely none of them fit my body. The right level of compression on legs and waist was too small for my butt, and I found myself pulling them up constantly no matter the size. Alignmed leggings don't have that problem, and it's magical! Overall, I totally recommend, but I have 2 small issues. One is that the fabric along some of the thicker seams and around my hipbones is already abrading such that I constantly have pilling in those areas. The other is that a part of the stitching at my ankle broke one of the first times I put the leggings on. I will still purchase another pair of these, but I would love to see some improvement on these issues!

On the 3rd anniversary of having my left shoulder replaced I showed my shoulder surgeon all the areas in my shoulder and scapulas that were still hurting badly. He recommended the AlignMed shirt, saying that if I wear it at night it might help with the pain and allow me to sleep better. I ordered the women's zipper front shirt in black and within 2 nights I was sleeping with 95% of the pain gone. Since then I have ordered the pants (to help my knees and hip) as well as a bra and another shirt, this time blue and non-zippered. I'm 67 years old and while wearing these garments feel as if I am 40. I recommend them to anyone with osteoarthritis, osteopenia or osteoporosis. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and I particularly recommend this for those of us who have it. I rate these products 5 out of 5. CP

As someone with POTS and hypermobility, full length compression is a daily need to feel my best. I’ve tried many different brands specifically recommended by my health care professionals but out of all of them, the AlignMed leggings have made the biggest difference and importantly, are comfortable enough to want to wear every day.

These are fantastic!!! I live covered in KT tape when I can and these give me similar physical cues of being “in the right place”. I have EDS and i definitely recommend these for hyper mobile individuals! They honestly just feel comforting. Not at all see through and are definitely good quality. I wish they’re was another option of them in thicker material but they are great summer leggings and I’m pleased :)

The Alignmed products are similar to KT Tape, but in a garment instead. We do have the Capris in a thicker fabric. We tend to downsize those since they are made a little bigger than the leggings.
The leggings are so supportive and help me on days I need to work around the house or run errands. I can get so much more accomplished with less pain.

I suffer from chronic neck, thoracic spine/upper back, SI joint/hip, and lumbar spine/lower back pain. I almost cried when I wore the bra & leggings to a cycle class and had almost no neck, hip & lower back pain!

To keep my body in alignment, I wear what I refer to as my "super suit" under my clothes. That term was perfect since many people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome relate to Elastigirl from the Incredibles because of how flexible we are. I love my "super suit". It helps to keep my shoulders, spine, and hips in place throughout the day! I have so much more energy at the end of the day when I wear my "super suit."

I am a 67 year old woman who needed a little help with my posture and overall well being.
This apparel help’s me with aches and pains and has a very gentle soft compression as well as posture correcting qualities.
The posture shirts and leggings are perfect for my every day wear. I like to wear them under my clothes as I run errands, work out , or just hang out at home lounging. I am a PT with scoliosis and this posture T shirt was recommended to me by my PT. She specializes in the Schroth method..... individualized exercises specifically for ones scoliotic curves. I feel this shirt is cuing me with my posture throughout the day.

These leggings are my new favorite! They do have an impressive technology to how they can work my muscles out differently than normal leggings. On top of that, they look great and are extremely comfortable. Will be sure to buy another pair.

I purchased the 2.0 leggings for hEDS, pelvic stability, and back pain. They fit well. I bought Med according to the size chart (I am 5’9 and 150lbs). They are flattering but not very comfortable. The seams are prominent, leave marks on my skin, and can even be painful after a few hours, especially when sitting as they run directly under the buttocks.

I have Ehlers Danlos and sciatic pain and my geneticist recommended that I look into alignmed. These leggings help decrease my pain throughout the day and I wear them whenever I know I will be walking, sitting, or out for an extended period of time. They're comfortable and tight enough to help with my nerve pain. I would definitely recommend trying these if you have radiating pain in the legs.

There are a number of things that make these pants so great. First, no seams down the sides!! Also, the compression is just right. I have a hip issue and these pants have really helped. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and have tried numerous other brands but these are by far the best. If you are looking for a great pair of compression pants, look no further.

I had a knee replacement 2 years ago with residual discomfort in my R knee and hip with walking more than 3 miles. A year later I had a bad fall that required 8 months of Physical Therapy for muscle injury to my hips, knees, upper back and both shoulders. I have been very impressed by Alignmed products and have recommended them to patients and friends. The technology and positioning of the tensile bands stimulate muscle and joints that are not normally used by that individual. I firmly believe that they will play an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle along with exercise, healthy eating and maintaining healthy habits.

I want to love it, but……I’m having sizing problems. Normally I’m a S to M, so I got the M thinking they’d be good. But they seem to run short in length, throwing all the nice panel support off. For reference, I’m 5’7”, 140lb, 33 inseam. Being tightest at the ankle, which makes sense, they don’t slide up my calf. But the result is that the crotch and waist are pulled down. I may exchange for a large, hopefully the waist isn’t too big. I love the idea of the alignment support.
Perhaps Alignmed should offer a tall version?

I like the fabric and the cut. I don't like the seam and the fabric on the buttocks area. My skin is sensitive and the seam and fabric rubs against the skin and it is uncomfortable. The stitching hem is a bit tight. I am 5'4, 114 pounds, bought a small.

Very comfortable. Quite supportive. Much easier to put on and remove than compression tights. Wash well and dry quickly to wear next day.

Bought these first in a medium (5'4", 135lbs, size 8 jeans) the crotch hung down so I though they were too small and sized up to a large. They crotch is still long but I pull them up and they both fit and fell supportive while working out. I will point out these are 80%nylon/20% spandex, Made in China with very supportive panels.

Size says medium, fits more like extra small. I am average 5'7", 155lbs, athletic build. Tights were so tight around my ankle they cut off circulation.

I know that the AlignMed leggings 2.0 is for ladies. But I'm wearing it now as they don't have for men. What is important is that it works. This is a great product. Since my tape shirt and spinal Q works, I want to try the leggings. I have tried many other product but they don't work as good as this. When I first put it on I was surprised, the pain was like 80% reduced!!! I can walk better with less pain. My wife commented that my walk is normal. You guys really make good products. Thank you. I will order 2 more so that I am always supported when one pair is being washed. Thanks again.
