These inserts are amazing! Adds a spring in my step and as a bonus, gave my old shoes some new life! This is the most comfortable pair of inserts I’ve owned. Will definitely purchase again when I need more.

I usually do not write reviews.I am a nurse and I am on my feet for sometimes 16 hours a day. These are the best insoles for people who are on their feet all day. They are like walking on a cloud. I used to have such pain in my legs and feet after working a shift, but not anymore! I would strongly encourage you to get these insoles the technology is amazing. I just bought my second pair as they only last three to six months, but they are worth every penny. Feet that do not hurt means your body does not hurt. Great product I cannot say enough about all their products. Thank you Alignmed!!

Moving gel when you walk is noticeable at first, then quickly fades to background and just feels good to walk on it. I require stability due to foot form and knee issues, so was concerned at first that these would contribute to unwanted movement - not the case at all, as they do not affect stability, and you get a lot of comfort for a thin and unobtrusive insert.

I have just purchased my third pair! I have them in my golf shoes. I have them in the shoes I use on the treadmill and I have them in my everyday shoes. I have had both knees replaced and they are the very best insoles I have ever used!

I usually use other insoles, but those are so thick so I cannot use them with all the shoes. I then I bought these. It has been hard to find insoles that are thin , comfortable and work. I am 6 ft 1.5" tall and I have had 8 major back surgeries, 9 hours each since 2000. I take them from shoe to shoe. I am going to get multiple pairs for all my daily shoes! I can really feel the comfort and cushion that goes back and forth. They were recommended by my orthopedic spinal surgeon because he uses these during his surgeries. These help to balance my feet and they have been so helpful in walking farther distances. They are very comfortable to wear all day long and everyday. I have been wearing these for a little over 3 years and these have been a lifesaver!

I have experienced hip instability for years that led to a collapsed arch in my left foot, decreased fat pad in the heel and chronic tendonitis in that foot. These inserts have greatly decreased the pain and has improved my ability to walk with little pain in that foot.

I have a condition called hypermobility syndrome which causes my ligaments to be more stretchy than most. These insoles are the only thing I've changed, and I now have only rolled m ankle once in the past year, whereas I used to roll it between 3-4 times a month. LIFE CHANGING!

AWESOME product! Tried many different insoles for running over the years and nothing ever worked (or felt) like this new pair I got. Use them in my work shoes as well since I spend a lot of time on my feet... couldn't be happier with the results. Really helped the lower back pain.
