This shirt was my first piece of compression wear, and I’m kicking myself for not buying one before. I have a CSF leak, and am hyper-mobile, and I have greatly reduced the number of rib subluxations I get everyday, and also have a bit more energy.

I absolutely love this shirt. It has helped reduce my pain tremendously. Planning to order another one. I have tos and had a rib and two scalenes removed and pec minor release. Have done pt, chiropractor, Botox injections in my back, dry needling among many other things. This shirt is what has helped the most.

I don’t have great posture and doesn’t help that I spend most of my work day standing over a table. As a result I have a lot of upper back and neck pain. As soon as I put this shirt on, I feel my upper back sighing in relief. It really helps to keep your shoulders back. If you start to shrug them forward, you will feel a pinch in the front of your shoulders. I also like that it gives support to my core muscles and upper hips. I did try the pullover bras, but I felt them cutting in under my arms. Personally I find the pullover over shirt more comfortable. I am a 38C and purchased a medium in black. The only negatives: The shirt can be warm because it is tight fitting. I will likely only wear it in the summer if there is A/C. One other negative is I tried buying the shirt in a different color (white and grey), and it was more narrow than the black shirts. Not sure if someone shrunk it then returned it, or it runs smaller. The company is exchanging it for another black shirt for no charge. Lastly, I do wish there was no shipping charge if you spend over a certain amount.

The Posture Shirt can get warm depending on the outdoor conditions, and it may generate a little bit of heat due to the muscle activation, but it is usually manageable. Definitely is for these great benefits. Depending on the colors, the fit may change slightly due to the materials, but our team can always help to get you the best fit.
This shirt has been such a game changer for me! I have curvature of the spine and my back hurts often. This gives me great relief when I wear it! Very supportive and it even helps hide my belly fat. I highly recommend this product!!

I have lost weight and needed the next smaller size, and it fits great, and I am getting just the pressure I need on the vertebra that fractured in 2015. My only negative thing was the color is a lot brighter then I would have liked as most of my outfits show the color through, so I wish I could have gotten them in white instead of peach. If it were possible, I would appreciate you letting me know when they come back in stock in the med. size in the color white, as I would like to get 2 of them in white.

This shirt has helped me with my poor posture. I originally bought the shirt without the zipper but it was extremely hard to get on- couldn't get it on without it touching my face/hair. The zipper makes it much easier to get on, although you can see the bulge of the zipper if the over shirt is tight. This shirt is a good reminder to be in correct alignment. It was recommended to me by my daughter's trainer who trains college athletes.

I was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome 6 years ago. My Physician asked that I try out the alignmed posture shirt for my severe shoulder spasms. It has made a huge difference in my pain level. I am a post surgical floor nurse. I try to wear my shirt to work everyday. Not only does it help with my shoulder pain but it keeps me aware of my posture when lifting and moving patients. I have the same shirt I bought 6 years ago and you can’t even tell I wear it almost daily. I can’t wait to try the sports bra!!

I ordered my Alignmed posture shirt for shoulder/neck issues, and I ordered a size down to make sure it fits snug - and boy does it! It‘s a bit long for my 4‘8“ body, but it still works. It doesn‘t feel restricting at all, just a gentle pull down/back on the shoulders which helps me stay aware of my posture and where my shoulders are. Great shirt, and I‘ll be purchasing the bra as soon as they are back in stock!

I love this shirt! I have struggled with poor posture and the pain resulting from it. This shirt is really helping me. It is comfortable and I wear it under all my clothes just like I would a camisole. I can really tell a difference when I don’t wear it! Plan to order another one!

Our whole family has back issues, so we each have one. I have two pullover sports bras and two pullover shirts. We just bought the hubs his second shirt. My oldest boy has one shirt, and my youngest boy has two. They keep us all from having to go to the chiropractor every week. I swear by these, and honestly tell all my friends about them.

I suffer from chromic shoulder, back, and hip pain and have been working with a physical therapist for over a year on pain management and strengthening. He recommended I try posture corrective clothing to aid in my recovery. I was highly skeptical that the clothing would have any positive effect on my conditions, but felt it was worth a try. I recently purchased the pullover and zip up sports bras along with the taping shirt from Alignmed. I immediately noticed a decrease in back pain after the first use of the taping shirt. Similarly, the bras provided the postural support I have been unable find in regular bras for large breasted women (I'm a 34' DD+). I can see the long-term benefits of use over time. These garments are now an integral part of my physical rehabilitation.

I bought my first shirt over 6 years ago. It was recommended by my doctor a few years after a car accident. I just got 2 more shirts and love them. I have a very physical job, and the shirts help support my body and my posture. I’m 5’8”, 160 lbs, in my 50’s, and a 36F. It is a little snug getting off and on, but it fits great. So glad I have these shirts!

To keep my body in alignment, I wear what I refer to as my "super suit" under my clothes. That term was perfect since many people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome relate to Elastigirl from the Incredibles because of how flexible we are. I love my "super suit" it helps to keep my shoulders, spine, and hips in place throughout the day! I have so much more energy at the end of the day when I wear my "super suit".

My work requires a lot of upper body strain and wearing this shirt on the long days seems to have helped with the fatigue I usually get as it offers support but is still comfortable to wear all day. I always feel like I can get a better work out in it!

Amazing product my Dr suggested a posture shirt to help me as I sit the majority of the day. I bought this on the recommendation of my PT who I see for suspected hEDS along with scoliosis. I usually wear an XL/2XL shirt and have a large chest. This shirt fit perfectly in the XXL size I bought. It can be a little tricky to pull down in the back when you put it on if you lack shoulder mobility, but it's pretty easy with my hyper mobile shoulders. I found it to help reduce upper back fatigue at work where I sit for 10 hours at a time with only a few breaks. I included a pic that is neat because it shows off the curve in my spine which both my PT and I found to be so neat to see it visualized so well.

First day with this and already have good results. Have alot of spinal issues, including 6 compression fractures. Helping giving more straight spine, and helping alot with pain. I have been wearing the Alignmed posture shirt for about two weeks and I am really happy with it. I had originally ordered the pullover shirt in size large but I found that it was a bit loose on me. Alignmed quickly replaced my large pullover shirt with a medium zipper front shirt. Although the shirt is very snug, I am very satisfied with the back support. I find that when I wear it, my back is not rounded (bent forward) and my lower back pain is relieved. I am also pleased that I can wear it all day. The only negative for me is that the shirt shows at the neckline under many of my blouses but I wear it anyway because it makes me feel so much better. (Not sure if my photo downloaded as I cannot see it. Sorry if I downloaded multiple copies of the photo.)

I originally ordered a large based on my measurements. When my shirt arrived it wasn’t exactly what I expected so I emailed customer service and they recommended a medium and it is perfect! I'm 5'4" 61 and bought 2 medium size shirts to help with shoulder pain and posture. I felt better almost immediately. I've had surgery on both shoulders. This is a firm fit however I do not feel compression at all. The material is soft and the shirt is well made. Recommend.

I am a 67 year old woman who needed a little help with my posture and overall well being. This apparel help’s me with aches and pains and has a very gentle soft compression as well as posture correcting qualities. The posture shirts and leggings are perfect for my every day wear.
