The vest wakes up your rhomboids and you start feeling your shoulder blades moving. It is very tight going on for the first time - the hooks being difficult (less so for a woman). After wearing a few times, it becomes easier and worth the effort. My sensitivity relationship to gravity is a re-patterning. It is transformative. The cost is well worth it.

This product is top notch. Within minutes of wearing it, i could feel that the alignment is allowing for healing to start taking place. Customer service is top Notch. I've had S3 for 20+ years now and even after having worn it on/off and having gone through many washes, it has sustained its quality. Company is willing to work with you in providing any assistance required. Love this product! Highly recommend it!

I have had a few traumatic horseback riding accidents that have left me with lingering pain. I struggled with treatments to get me by for 5 years. In this time I was competing at the national level and could not afford to be in pain any longer. Finally, I started using the S3 brace per recommendation by one of my Sports Medicine professors. Within the first two weeks of use my rehabilitation began to show positive results.

I had high hopes that the S3 would help better align my right scapula. I was hoping it would help get my scapula flush with my back. But the straps did not apply sufficient tesion to pull my shoulder back into place. I had difficulty getting the brace to stay down on my body. It rode up whenever I squatted or bent over. It even rode up a bit when I would sit down. This cancelled out some of the tension being applied by the straps. The S3 had a very, very strong chemical smell as well, and the smell carried through to the clothes I was wearing with it. I could, however, feel some stretching in my right pec area and downward pressure on my shoulders, both of which were probably positive in terms of good alignment. I ended up returning the brace.
