I’ve had multiple surgeries and as you see in the video, I have to constantly work at fighting an inward rotation of my shoulders. The taping vest makes such a difference!

I have several items from AlignMed. I really like this vest for my workouts (more so than the sports bra). You can see in the video how the vest pulls my shoulders back. The only reason I didn’t give the vest 5 stars is because the straps are too long. For a youth size the straps should be shorter or at least offer two sizes of straps.

A great product to have. I have back problem, Sciatica and my body biomechanics is in a total mess. I cannot stand for long without feeling tired, especially my back and left leg. The taping shirt really helped my condition. I have tried many products but none works as good as this. It even looks great on the outside. After trying out the Taping shirt, I ordered the Spinal Q Rx. Cant wait to receive the product and try it on. So now I have two sets. When I wash one, I wear the other. How I wish Alignmed will create leggings for men. I would also like to suggest The Spinal Q to have an all black design. People will not notice that it is a medical device when you wear it outside. I like the fact that the Taping shirt makes your muscle remember your posture when you take the taping shirt off.

This shirt delivers on their promises, I have tried several and none perform anywhere near.
I have worn this full-body posture vest once. However, I plan to make it a habit & wear it daily. It is excellent for posture, but not ideal if you're in a rush to use the restroom.

Love the concept and the feel while wearing. This shirt really controls my lower back pain. Unfortunately, its just not very practical… tough to wear under a shirt, especially in the summer. I bought two… so for wearing around the house or working in the yard its ideal.

Yes the stronger/adjustable products like the Taping Shirt, SpinalQ, S3, we recommend to use mostly around the house since they are more difficult to hide. We recommend trying a Posture Shirt to wear when you go out. The Posture Shirt can easily be used as an undergarment.
Good fit and definitely helps you remember your posture. I am getting one for my mom too!

I have scoliosis. I zipped up the Alignmed taping shirt and asked my PT to apply the tapes. Even she was surprised at the change. For the first time in my life, I have experienced the joy of symmetry, and how much more I can do with a symmetrical body.

I have moderate and life-long scoliosis, PLUS now - spinal arthritis. My physical therapist who is trained in the Schroff method for scoliosis, suggested I try this Taping shirt - which is actually more like a vest. I have really found it helpful, and find I am relying on it more now that I can't get into PT due to the current pandemic situation. Also want to give a shout out to William with Alignmed who answered my questions about length of time for wearing it - so prompt, and I appreciate the super customer service~ So, yes, I recommend the Taping Shirt highly!
